WHEN HE’S NOT challenging ISIS to hand-to-hand combat on Twitter or threatening to strangle strangers with the cables from computer accessories, Brian McFadden often Performs with Keith Duffy in Boyzlife, a band that was formed last year.

They’ve managed not to stir up much controversy while touring, until this weekend when they were slammed by fans after cutting a performance short by 40 minutes and running two hours late for a meet and greet.

The show itself had been rescheduled from the 26th of May, so it’s likely that attendants patience levels were already wearing thin from the disorganisation.

Fans vented on Twitter after the disappointing gig and Brian responded that he “didn’t want to be there”.

Perhaps this slightly backhanded apology would have went down a little bit better if he had given it before the performance and not after receiving criticism.

Another fan, who said that McFadden and Duffy appeared to be drunk at the gig. Brian went on to inform her that he simply had sunstroke.

A twitter user named Lynz Clifford shared a video of their shambolic performance, claiming that she has seen better karaoke performances.

Upon watching, it’s pretty hard to disagree that this seriously resembles a karaoke night.

If the video won’t play, you can watch it here.

Tickets for the event cost £25 or £40 for a VIP ticket including a meet and greet.

Boyzlife have two remaining tour dates coming up in August, hopefully they will be back at full health by then.
